Let me clarify the difference first
Redpillers and bluepillers both believe in personality, however in different forms. Note, that there is some overlap
Redpillers believe that women are attracted to dominant, masculine, charismatic, (sometimes) violent men who don't put them on a pedestal. Now this does have some limited truth, but not nearly to the extent many believe.
Bluepillers on the other hand believe that women are attracted to kind, sweet men, the ones which often get labeled as "nice guys".
Now many on this forum attack, as the preceding incel forums, bluepillers, however the problem is that redpillers are actually a lot bigger of a threat to the blackpill, for a few reasons. Firstly, bluepill isn't really a movement with figures in the same way as redpill (even if they wouldn't call themselves that way). No one, except maybe the worst of Redditors, goes around preaching how women love men who watch Captain Marvel and respects women, however there are a plenty of men talking about how "women are biologically programmed to like confidence" (without no sources or logical evidence behind it, of course).
Also, unlike the bluepill, which could be considered maybe a default 70 years ago, is rapidly getting pushed out by charismatic and good-looking redpillers, who think they have figured out the secrets of the universe by listening to some 8-minute Youtube pick-up advice. Redpill is getting mainstream coverage, and there are many young men who are interested in the "seduction community", because the thought of knowing some secret hidden knowledge, which not only a few select group of "woke people" know, but also is the secret to get your dream Stacy.
