He's overconfident and brash. That may work sometimes for attractive dudes but mostly it doesn't. Nigga took it too far and came on weird and annoying. I know my worth, I know my place in society. I'd never approach a woman like this because I know that this is the response I'll get. Unless maybe I'm already acquainted with her then I would use this approach satirically and try to make her laugh or smile at least. If she doesn't like it then I'll stop.
