These Redditors think that that version of "therapy" is what they see in movies. They think you sit on a couch with your feet up and the The_Rapist (of your wallet) asks you about your "childhood trauma," gives you psychobabble "coping strategiez," then you exit the office and the sun peaks out through the clouds and you crack a slight smile and sniffle.
It never occurs to them what REAL therapy would look like. This forum is it.

This is a support group. It's extremely beneficial to incels to be able to vent about how much we hate women without being judged by normies and bluepillers. In here, you can talk about how much you want to rape and murder women in various video games and you won't receive judgment. You can be honest and open with your FEELINGS...all the things that you can't do with "therapy" because the midwit never asks you about those things and if you try to go there, they will just go awkwardly silent and try to say as little as possible.
