Hello, Im worried and looking for help. My partner is not asking for help, but I am connected to her Dexcom and the readings are sporadic and dangerous. She tells me that if she could, she would only eat candy. Her eating patterns reflect that perfectly. Just yesterday, she ate one sweet milk tea flavored bread for lunch, then later in the day, EIGHT bags of soft candy. Altogether, the candy ran more than 1000 calories. Her blood sugar readings spiked above 400 twice. Afterwards, she didnt have the appetite for dinner. I see patterns like this more often than not, and I dont know how else to drill into her mind that this is terribly unhealthy, and that it is risking her health.

She has vented to me that the frustration at work made her eat the candy mindlessly. Eight bags is a new scary record of bags that she has told me that she has consumed. Usually, she will eat four bags of candies a day. There have been days where she eats entirely too many sweets, and days where she barely eats enough to escape her hypos.

We both have mental illnesses, such as ADHD and autism. I want to help her, and I have told her how worried I am about her health. She had a rough childhood where different people put her on strict and limiting diets to an abusive level, and I think that might have distorted her image of food. She also experiences trouble with dosing her insulin correctly, and gets frustrated. One of the darker thoughts she has vented to me in her vulnerable moments was that when she was younger, she would "abuse" her body by eating incorrectly, because her family told her that she would die young from diabetes - so she figured "what's the use?"

This makes me nervous and sad. I want her to eat well for herself. I want her to live a long life. I dont know what to do.

On a final good note, she does so weight training and gym workouts 6 days a week. Otherwise, her meals can vary, but without a doubt, she will have candy every day. Help. What can I do? We live in Japan. Thank you so much for your time.

All of them are fucking abusive as shit. Funny how there is barely any positive stories like "oh my husband loves me so much" or "my wife loves me so much!! She bought me xy or some shit!!"

It's just nonstop dead bedrooms on top of cheating(unless they are chads, but that's different case), which is hilarious to me because it's supposed to be this super positive type place and the "heart of the internet" when every story is like super pathetic and sad.

"the heart of the internet" my ass,jfl

Hope she dies suffering and he loses both of his legs.

For real, the more I look into how most people in relationships can't even tolerate each other. The more I feel calm with my inceldom.

Cucked. Imagine caring for a foid's wellbeing. She's probably had a sneaky link with chad while he wrote this
