Gaming Recording with Fraps + Handbrake to compress file size

Got it working.
The downside is the res being poop.
The framerate is what profited the most.

Recorded with Fraps at "half-size" and then encoded with Handbrake using a script in the advanced settings.

In Fraps, the FPS box was checked, and the frame rate amount was set to 120.

The original file was 6.92GB ( avi ), and it was compressed to 101MB ( mp4 )

Yeah but it sucks that Fraps only works for some games, while others cannot be captured.
I cannot capture American Conquest for example.

seems like a lot of extra steps. I'd just use OBS or shadowplay if you have a Nvidia GPU

I don´t know what version of Geforce Experience you need to have, but the one i got doesn´t have shadowplay for some reason.
This PC is using a GTX 660.

OBS is only compatible with Windows 10.

I am on Windows XP to play the games natively, they look and play decently here.
Unlike other operating systems, where the games are stretched to hell whilst everything looking tinier.
This is if you upscale these games with a widescreen fix which i have done, and regretted doing so.

Main exceptions are:
NFS Pro Street
NFS World
GTA San Andreas

These 3 games need NET Framework 4.5 because of some mods installed.
