This chart is using MORNING height. Evening height is around 1.5cm/0.6" shorter than morning height.

The reason for this is evening height is harder to accurately measure and can vary + depends on weight but with morning height you can get an exact value to a millimeter if you measure properly

Although I must say, it really is something else when I go outside and see another fellow incel manlet like me. I always end up saying in my mind something along the lines of, "I understand, I'm sorry we have to go through this."
