I was reading through r/trueoffmychest, after being inspired by a twitter post, to see what "trauma" normies could possibly go through.

Even if they are somewhat relevant or close to you, always judge and value yourself based on your own terms. I'm not saying you should delude yourself into thinking you're more than what you are.
