Reading our hero's My Twisted World really makes me root for him

It's a weird feeling because, as I read the story, I can't help but root for him and hope he eventually gets a gf. Which of course I know doesn't happen because we all know how the story ends.

I wish he had gotten a gf, even if it meant we wouldn't know about him or have this manifesto. I think he should've statusmaxxed by writing a book, since he seemed to be very good at that, and shouldn't have given up at 22yo.

This also makes me reflect on my own life tbh. We know how Elliot's story ends, but my own life is still technically open to ascension and a 180º change. Just like Elliot did (except he went ER at a much lower age), I'm going to try until I'm sure there's nothing else I can do.

I mean sure, he was far from perfect. But Chad doesn't have to be perfect either. And if he was a chad, all his flaws would be praised as being confident.

Hmm, I'm not that good at English. Him being a huge narcissist doesn't automatically disprove all the things he wrote. Some lowlifes and scum don't have problems getting sex from women. He was angry about it but his anger was grounded in reality no matter how he himself was a 'crappy' person.
