Woke up. Ate some chocolate and fruits. Gamed for a couple of hours and now I'm getting back to sleep.

The chocolate/fruits and video game each added one point.

A perfect sunday would go like this:

Get laundry and errands done in the morning, take the girlfriend out to the beach/park, go for lunch afterwards, the movie theatres, and then fuck afterwards, that would be a 10/10.

Instead I just rot in my room scared to go out and look at people enjoying the summer afternoon outdoors.

2/10 I hate sundays, it's the one day of the week where I make a conscious effort to try socializing but that I'm also not getting drunk but what that results in is basically just me staring at my computer listening to everyone else have fun while I think about how shitty my life is.

2/10. Today is Father's Day, but my father had to be put in a nursing home a few years ago because of his dementia. He is in his mid-70s, now, but his dementia has progressed to the point where he barely knows who he is and does not recognize me anymore.
