I'm not a paella purist (unlike those annoying Valencians kek) but honestly that paella looks really bad. Too much parsley (never seen a paella with parsley), those huge lemon slices and pepper is also cut too big. Green peas on paella are more common but personally I don't like them. My favorite paella is seafood paella with squid, shrimp and mussels. Much better than the original Valencian paella with chicken, rabbit, green beans and garrofó which is another type of bean from the region.
