If you check the profile of any user of /r/NoFap you'll probably see they also post in a shit load of other "self improvement" subreddits. I like to read through their posts, seeing how frustrating they get over something meaningless ("I CAN'T BELIEVE I FUCKING RELAPSED!!!", as if it's heroin JFL).

Self-mastery is pretty admirable. Going 30 days without fapping is pretty impressive. You need really good self-control and discipline for that. I don't believe the bullshit that it makes you more attractive or anything, though. I think it's an achievement worthy of a little respect however.
