Now and then, here and there is literally about protecting a girl, Angel cop looks like overrated 80’s hardcore anime fan slop, read gantz manga rather than watching the anime. Texhnolyze is just an inferior serial experiments lain. The best show out of all these options is Elfen Lied.

I have only watched Elfen Lied out of those. Story and chars didn't do much for me and i hate split personality shit because it's used to justify bad writing, i vaguely remember the main guy being somewhat of a herbivore cuck, the best thing the show has to offer is the gore. I'd say it's still worth a watch since it's a rare breed of a show.
