His whole backstory is he comes from pissrael and was the countries most brilliant and respected scientist, renowned for his powerful and dangerous weapons and experiments.

After a failed coup, he went into hiding and continues to try and conquer the world.

I honestly don't feel like drawing him rn, so here's an AI pic of him.

His area of expertise is brainwashing people and creating genetically engineered super soldiers.
