Personally I would do this

With large in the very back, mediums in the middle and smalls in the front.

Giving enough space to fully showcase the pieces instead of having them be overlapping as heavily and maybe adding 2 more smalls to the front in a long staggered pattern (spaced out equidistant per row of course).
