Are you Aspie by any chance ?
I don't know, I relate to some traits like social introversion and being picky with food but I don't relate to some other traits like taking everything literally or having "special interests"

Makes sense, autism is a spectrum after all and it can look very different depending on the person

I still don't think I am because most of my socially inept and social phobia traits weren't present as a kid and developed them after getting brutally bullied because of my looks (I wasn't bullied for behaving particularly differently)

I disagree with you about this.
I think that spectrum and asperger syndrome thing has been exaggerated by normies and specially foids (90% of psychology enthusiasts are foids) and they mention characteristics that are just common male behavior.
Also, I don't think the 100% NT person is that common actually, everyone has at least some autistic traits.

Nowdays every male that isn't super social is called aspie.

I have been diagnosed at at a very young age and my parents told me about some odd behaviours of me when i was a kid.

"Everyone is a little autistic" is bullshit. Being actually autistic means not being able to get social cues, unable to read body language, having an unfiltered mind and thoughts etc.

Does knowing those social norms but also finding them a complete meaningless nonsense count as a trait?

For example I consider norms about cleanship, a complete absurd thing.

I never had genuine ramen, but it looks good to me.
