[Rate] Not a Chad, but successful with femoids. Help me understand

This guy was in a workshop with me.  I would rate him 6/10. I don't think he is a Chad at all (he mogs me though), but I have seen several femoids spontaneously reach out to him, give him their number or smile at him in the subway. Am I totally wrong or do I miss something?

IRL standards are much lower than Incels would admit. He's tall, I'm guessing. Looks like he has nice eyes (thick/long, dark eyebrows can be a great attribute on a guy), no flaws, clear skin.
