I'd say his luck's run out if he's resorting to this.
this is ridiculous and unnecessary. if you want to just eat grain all day make it good at least. when i make myself an easy meal it’s typically quinoa with some grilled vegetables, lemon juice, hot sauce, jalepenos and maybe some farro thrown in. pretty cheap and a million times better
