Sauce is unhealthy, probably made from seed oils. BBQ-sauce is one of the worst things you can eat, advanced glycation end products and seed oils. if there is any on that plate, i'm colorblind. Still better than grain sludge because of the chicken. 3½/10.

If i would eat that my stomach would bubble for 24hrs straight.
