hmmm never ate like this tbh I prefer sauteeing them or something with butter, salt and pepper. yours could be tasteful

Last night's dinner...layered potatoes with sour cream, sausage, and hard-boiled eggs. This is the Serbian version of the dish, as I am mostly of Serbian descent but the Hungarians and the rest of Eastern Europe have their own variants.
