the best way to save money with food (or save money in general) is buy a ton of canned foods.
try it yourself. buy a ton of canned chili, canned ravioli, canned peas, canned corn, etc... eat it with microwaved bread.
Buy $100 worth of can food and it will last you 2-3+ weeks.
Order pickup 3-5 times a week + buy groceries and you spend 800+ dollars a month on food.
