Just do it with a cheap one like Jacky or Jim Beam, it doesnt have to be a fancy, expensive one

Mogs me. Wouldn't have the heart to use up that much, but I bet that the subtle smokey and woody flavors are worth it. Liquid smoke would be possibly cheaper.

We have that Whiskey laying around there since god knows when, if i wont use it then no one will.

Also liquid smoke cant quite imitate the flavors of Whiskey
