I'll give it an 8/10 because I like it overall, even though I like older layouts more for retro cards. At least it's not from 2016 or newer.
By the way, if the rest of the deck you play it in only uses cards with 2013ish layouts I'll stick with my rating. If not, I'll give the entire deck a <5/10.
