If you made them yourself they look OK, if you bought it then I hope that they taste better than they looks. Bakalva is supposed to look something like this:

I'm not Turkish but I have eaten enough to know that yours are not syrupy enough, the pistachio is in all the wrong places etc.

Idk brocel. If you baked it yourself it looks great. But I would not spend money on that abomination.

I bought them, they didnt taste bad. There are some sweets who look similar to baklava which were also included in that package

They are made from pistacchio, filo dough and sugar/honey. Tastes best with coffee or tee
