I'm personally so obsessed with green tea, healthy, caffeine, some studies said that you have less chances to get dementia, better cardio etc
It's one of those "fitness smoothie" type drinks. It's as thin as water.
I think it's viking disease. The joints in my fingers are inflamed and they are kinda hard to move sometimes.
Also, it has antioxidants properties, which eliminate acne, and green tea is seriously used in skincare too (now my face has fewer acne breakouts)
