Honestly the vegetables and sauce look better. Somehow the salmon seems dry although I wouldn’t know until biting into it I guess, I’ve probably just had too many bad experiences with salmon that was too dry

Looks yummy. Although salmon is a weird fish for Cajun cuisine. I usually see mahi mahi or catfish.
