I feel like rapephobia is similar to misogyny. It's misogynistic to say about a woman who dresses sexily that "she deserved it(the rape)" But don't we say something similar when something bad happens to rapists? When rapists are arrested, people say "they deserved it." And yeah both rape of women and caging of rapists are violence and cause suffering. Some evil people even say rapists deserve worse than the punishment they get. Rape is bad and so is incarceration.
