Democrats want gibsmedats. They want free stuff like free health care, free college, free prekindergarten, etc. If everything is to be free, why shouldn't sex be free either? Why should you have to pay a hooker money or pay for a foid's meal prior to taking her to your home? Sex can be free by legalizing rape. If rape is legal, men will be able to just grab a woman without her consent nor will he need to seduce her by buying her a meal.
The other alternative is for the government to pay for prostitution, but this is inferior to legalizing rape because it will cost the taxpayer money to fund this. Because you have to pay taxes for it, it's not really free. The benefit of this is that rape rates will be lower because men won't need to resort to something else when they can get it for "free." (But rape is good, so this is a bad proposal[don't commit rape]) There would still be rape though of women who are not prostitutes because they might be deemed by the rapist more attractive or desirable than prostitutes.
By making rape legal, it will further lower the burden on taxpayers because the government won't need to house nor give free health care and free food to rapist inmates in prison.
By making sex free, the poor who couldn't afford to have sex before will be able to have sex. Also by making rape legal, it will put many pimps out of business because why would a man pay for sex when he can get it for free? He may need to pay for it because maybe some women will hire body guards so they don't get raped but they may still offer sex via prostitution. The man may desire such a woman for reasons like maybe she's prettier than the women who don't have body guards. The government can legalize rape and subsidize prostitution at the same time, so that the poor can both rape and have access to those women they can't rape because they have body guards. It will also put dating apps out of business.
Women were made to be raped. That's why they're weaker than men. Women were meant to be overpowered by men. The strong are meant to overpower the weak. If women weren't meant to be raped, they would have been made stronger enough to use their strength to stop a would-be rapist.
