Rape should NEVER be committed because it's illegal; however according to The Bible it's condemnable to not rape. I guess the system that makes rape illegal requires us to sin by not carrying out our religious duties. The story of Onan teaches us that not reproducing by wasting your semen on the ground is a sin. In this sense, masturbation is worse than rape. Yeah, you could fulfill the lesson of the story with a consensual relationship, but if you're an incel, you have no choice but to rape to fulfill the commandment to reproduce. I still think rape shouldn't be committed because in prison your semen will too go unused to impregnate a femoid. This is why rape needs to be legalized. I don't think you can debunk this idea: God said "be fruitful and multiply" - he never said "EXCEPT if you're ugly and unwanted." This implies God wanted rape to be legal. Everyone has a right to reproduce.
We should legalize rape to save the government money. Since there's a birth dearth, many people are proposing for free daycare, paid maternal leave, baby bonuses, etc. These things are good ideas, but a small-government alternative is to legalize rape, which will allow the birth rate to be restored to replacement level or even above it. Banning contraception and abortion is a good idea too. Sure, it will cost money to imprison those who peddle these vile things, but it will also save the taxpayer money because these things are currently funded by the government. And arresting rapists also costs the taxpayer money to support prisons.
