From what I can see, it's a case that is rarely seen. The idea is that consent had some condition which was violated, rendering it invalid. Foids would probably claim that lying about anything to impress a women and then having sex amounts to rape by deception, but as far as I can see, the law doesn't take it too seriously and usually classifies serious cases as just fraud. Thankfully people aren't at risk of trouble because they had plastic surgery.

It doesn't look like it's the same everywhere as in Israel. The case there looks like it was heavily fueled by a dislike of Arabs rather than a dislike of deception. Race and background definitely played a big part.
