It's strange to think about.
For example when my nan died she was 94.
She had a lot of issues. She could barely see. Glaucoma I think but also old people often get cataracts. Plus she needed hearing aids.
My mother-in-law has arthritis I think.
My point is... don't take things for granted.
I mean, I love playing video games and... I'm lucky to be able to even do that. That my eyes are good enough and my ears and my joints.
idk. I know it might sound strange. It's just odd isn't it that even activities like that that aren't very demanding (it's not like I'm skydiving lol) still require a significant degree of health.
So I wish us all good health ^_^
