I personally think that this is hard to generalize given how broad both groups are. I don't think a southern Frenchman would behave in the same way a Greek or Albanian would, similarly I don't think a Czech has a similar set of actions to a Bulgarian. Both can even look very similar, I don't think many people would be able to differentiate between meds and most Balkan slavs tbh.
