The women are at the bottom in terms of desirability, yes. But the men are near the top because of the reputation for thugishness. Im sure that nobody here on this forum is unaware that

Mass fetishization in porn and rap has made women like them so much.
Specifically - hollywood pushes the narrative that they're masculine and thugish, and that white men are (often but not always) weak nerds.
Whenever a foid meets you, or me, or any man, she quickly puts you into a category based on an archetype taken from one of the few (very few, because women are very shallow) pop culture properties she has consumed. Her repertoire of archetypes still contains a few white chads, it's true. But of course, you're not going to be placed in that category. For black men she has just two: the masculine, intelligent hero from any hollywood movie (blacks are always portrayed positively) or the thus from rap music - either of those are attractive. She doesn't have a category for weak black men because there are none of those in pop culture.
Finally, she has a category for weak white men. These are presented in pop culture as asexual background props. They're not reallly male. They exist only to be the butt of jokes. If you're put in this category, you're not attractive.
There are categories for other races too. Asians for example are smart ...but also not generally attractive. We could try to rank them, but it really doesn't matter the exact order. You're either in the white chad or black guy group, or you're not.
