You can't really say face>race because your race largely determines your facial features

For example black people have thicker nasal bridges and wide nostrils. And bigger teeth which means bigger jaws that fuck up your facial harmony.
Scars on black people are also way more noticable. My scars have faded relatively well but for the larger part of high school i had an ugly ass scar patch on my forehead
Asians generally have flatter and wider faces then white people.

Generally ethnic traits are just not desirable features in western society, so beinhg ethnic ruins your face.

I suck at explaining this so i'll just post these links.
But what i'm trying to get at is that it isn't really face>race but more face=>race equal to or greater than.
