You can't just sit idle and "wait for life to get better"! You have to get out and do something. Make something. BE SOMETHING. If you want your life to get better, you have to pull yourself up by your bootsraps and tell yourself "I want to change".

Here is my take on all these things that you described as I have tried all the possible things aside from surgery and also gymcel(yes I gymcel but its coming at a slow rate).

You can't just sit idle and "wait for life to get better"! You have to get out and do something. Make something. BE SOMETHING. Sitting idle and waiting just allows someone to perpetuate their own grievances and get mad at the world that "life is not getting better for me". If you want your life to get better, you have to pull yourself up by your bootsraps and tell yourself "I want to change".

I am doing something. I am studying my ass off while I LDAR with all my free time and gymcel. I would go insane if I didnt relax. I also i did pull the bootstraps and tried to improve my situation.
-Joined social clubs
-Sports clubs
-Done things that I had no clear interest in only because I wanted to ascend( i was bluepilled)

Little did I know that years on end with this bullshit hasnt improved my "dating" life and I am still the same.

Work out (strength, cardio, whatever). I can't tell you how amazing you will feel once you begin getting some exercise. It is almost like a drug, it's that good.
I strength mog most people at my gym at my age. Sadly enough it didnt get me laid. Benching 275 isnt going to get me laid.Its all a cope but its POTENTIAL to change your appearance is worth it in the long run. Its a cheap way to ascend.
