welp, I've said stuff like 'women have it way better' or that 'problems only matter when they affect women', and have never been banned. Reddit is reddit after all, unless the sub becomes private, saying that sort of stuff will always get you banned, especially because there are a lot of IT lurkers desperate to report anyone.
