It is astounding that a post criticizing CBT would be so upvoted on the subreddit for psychologists, given that CBT is the main psychotherapeutic modality.
This is especially true given the fact that the negroid OP is patently uneducated about psychology and makes basic mistakes in talking about it:

Usually, CBT is considered sacrosanct, and if it fails, it's not the therapist's fault but rather their patient's; but when a member of a fashionable social group with social clout dunks on CBT, like a Black person with trans affiliation, all of sudden the critic is deferred to by his liberal audience.
This is a trend noticeable more broadly in soyciety: that if you have social clout, you enjoy privileges that mere atomized individuals could never. Being unprivileged as such is the experience of the nameless and faceless incel/autist.
