It is astounding that a post criticizing CBT would be so upvoted on the subreddit for psychologists, given that CBT is the main psychotherapeutic modality.

This is especially true given the fact that the negroid OP is patently uneducated about psychology and makes basic mistakes in talking about it:

Usually, CBT is considered sacrosanct, and if it fails, it's not the therapist's fault but rather their patient's; but when a member of a fashionable social group with social clout dunks on CBT, like a Black person with trans affiliation, all of sudden the critic is deferred to by his liberal audience.

This is a trend noticeable more broadly in soyciety: that if you have social clout, you enjoy privileges that mere atomized individuals could never. Being unprivileged as such is the experience of the nameless and faceless incel/autist.

Yes, bro. This references the concept of the "therapeutic relationship," or what police detectives call "rapport" when they attempt to manipulate you into offering a confession (or, in therapy, sharing all the private details of your life to a complete stranger under the pretense that they will help you, much like in a Catholic confessional).

Usually the therapeutic relationship is downplayed in CBT, which makes the therapy seem overly mechanical/formulaic and lacking in social context. This is a standard criticism, but it only really lands against CBT when it is being used to bolster social causes that the liberal soys who become therapists would care about.

Even (or especially) by the standards of the field of psychology, that negro is not succeeding but rather embarrassing himself, yet still, the biggest community of psychologists on reddit and probably the whole internet feels the need to bow the knee as he lectures them about "microaggressions" (being easily offended at real or perceived slights in public -- emphasis on slight -- which is elsewhere understood as symptomatic of narcissistic fragility).

This is very important because in CBT, incels and autists who experience genuine bullying and exclusion are all but told that their memories are false; and there is nobody around to protect them against this assault on their sanity. Why? Because incels and autists have no social clout, and thus no political clout, and thus no consideration among liberal social climbers who subscribe to the fashionable views of their day (signaling in favor of groups that advertise themselves as vulnerable and marginalized, but are really grandiose and audacious -- first among them, the Jews).
