If you are unaware, the MensLib subreddit, which is a "male space" controlled almost entirely by foids, has weekly checkup threads where the users share their experiences during the past week.
Predictably, the users are constantly depressed. I'm sure being constantly gaslit by feminists on how masculinity is the real cause of your problems has nothing to do with it.

Feels like I have made peace with the fact that Im gonna age and end up alone. Like, I have spent a decade of my life trying and just getting owned time after time after time, with absolutely 0 upside. At some point is just more healthy to acknowledge it, and just stop trying, is less painful that way.

Is a bit like the stages of grief: at times I was angry about it, sad, desperate, wathever, but you get to a stage eventually in which.... you just go with the flow and accept your future, I guess

I definitely can't say I've had much success in reaching out to communities that revolve around it because as you said they come across as cultish or even just as gateways to right-wing extremism. Although I did find a link from another redditor to a decent pdf book (easypeasymethod.org) during NNN that helped a lot.

I've been especially trying to approach it in the context of my other problems like the pattern of substance abuse in my family and the pervasive loneliness that has defined my entire life. And while that's worked to an extent it's been frustrating to deal with alongside my heartache over the woman I've become irrationally infatuated towards, which has been its own can of worms for the two years since it happened.

Sometimes I wonder why I read online Feminist spaces and articles to the point of physical self harm. As AMAB, I am responsible for this hurt. It seems like hurting myself is the only solution.

I looked at some of the posts in IncelExit in the past and they used to be more sympathetic to inceldom, now it's just pathetic men asking for advice from women and soy men who type as if they are one second away from exploding in a ball of feminist rage

They call it "men's liberation" but it's a prison. Feminists don't actually want men to be free of gender roles and traditional expectations of masculinity because those all benefit toilets, rather they want to keep traditional masculinity be the norm while demonising men for having it. Basically "All men are scum, why aren't men holding the door open for me and paying for dinner?!" This is why splitting the bill is "a red flag" to them and why if you open up about your emotions and cry they will laugh at you and show you a cup with "male tears" written on it, heck, there's a Feminist sub-reddit called "IncelTears".

Remember, any men's movement that isn't anti-Feminist is Traditionalist and traditionalism is worse for men than Feminism, though they're largely interchangeable.
