This is going to be a strange post potentially, but I am wondering if anyone else experiences this?
My boyfriend was gone for a month dealing with some family affairs. We are intimate multiple times per week, multiple times per session, so it was no surprise that him being gone for a month was impacting my mood and general horniness. I was stressed from work and many other life stressors, and the combo of not being intimate with my boyfriend for so long was making me feel so stressed out (high cortisol). The few days before he was back, my blood sugar would not budge down even with an excessive correction factor.
Then, he came back, and let’s just say we made up for lost time! And literally the next day, my blood sugar finally is responding to insulin like it usually does. Does this happen to others? Does sex help release the cortisol that makes your glucose go high, or is this just me? Please write your experience in the comments!
FUAAAARK it's SO FUCKING OVER!
