The primary goal of women’s mate selection strategies are designed specifically to root out autism in potential mates. That should tell you something about what kind of regard they hold us in. Psychopath? Fine. Murderer? Fine. Child molester? Fine. In prison? Fine. Gang member? Fine. Unemployed drunkard? Fine. Autism? HELL NO. GET IT AWAY FROM ME! IT IS RAPE TO EVEN BE IN THE SAME ROOM! #MeToo
I think its that innate strategy that drives their hatred of autistic males. Obviously women don’t want to have children who are similarly afflicted with such a debilitating and life changing condition. As an aspie myself i would classify it is a a fate worse than death. I have been socially ostracized and despised my whole life. I can read just about enough social cues to tell that much. Even worse unlike some people on the spectrum it hasn’t granted me any useful talents.
If you are an aspie find something to occupy your time with. Give up any hope of getting near a woman. I fix cars and fiddle with computers and electronics. I try to distract myself where possible. It doesn’t always work though. Such is our lot in life.

From bitter life experience, I can say with certainty that they absolutely do, just like they hate short men and unattractive men. Pretty much everything women hate in men are things we were born with and have no control over.
