I prefer the low store brand coffee over like folgers....Maxwell house is like the median of both to me....
Sometimes when I consume caffeine or eat chochlate...I get heart palpitations...I suggest drinking more water to balance out the stimulant to see if that helps

I have to take tolerance breaks every month so I can get a "high" from it.

Right now I drink 3 cups a day, but I plan to taper off in the future to zero / just drink tea. Need it right now.

I've noticed this as well, in the days where I skip coffee I feel 0 anxiety and have enough energy throughout the day. Nevertheless, I will continue drinking 2-3 coffees a day though.
