Not as much as you seem to think. Genetics determine even how well you age. Some people have naturally higher skin elasticity and collagen production. Most of the rare exceptions that truly look much younger than their age aren't doing anything special. Likewise, plenty of people who live very healthy lifestyles age like shit. Same goes for skin care obsessed people.
