So I just came across this very interesting video backed by studies about burning off visceral fat. This seems to be the harmful type of fat that diminishes our health.

- Eat carotenoids (Carrots, Tomatoes, Bell peppers, Spinach... etc).
- Drink catechins (Green tea, specifically Matcha or Sencha tea).
- Do a few moderate exercises a week. 2~3 times a week, each ~45 minutes long. This can be for example cycling or jogging. Anything cardio.
- Combine with resistance training for more effect.
