Only thing I’d add is a acad is a very mild cutting compound, it’ll tone your body/preserve muscle tissue in a caloric deficit rather than build muscle like other orals

ok thx , i mean don't worry i'm just asking for knowledge i don't really need roids i'm already using tongkat and a shit ton of supplements i like them i might begin steroids in my fifties.
