Discussion Question to NEETs: do you help your family in the household ?

Do you (actively) help in the household ? If yes do you do it from yourself or does your family make you do that ?

I personally almost do nothing in the household, my grandma mostly cleans the dishes and cleans the house, the only things i do is get groceries, sometimes mow the lawn and rarely do stuff like cleaning the dishes when im forced to.

Idk, basically most gruntwork was done by me and my sistER and I wasn't even NEETing back then, we were both in highschool.

Honestly it wasn't the worst thing ever. I learned to take care of a home and that was alright. But I imagine that they would have asked me to take care of ALL domestic tasks if I was to NEET. This is what my cousin does, he does EVERYTHING in his house and he is a 45 year old NEET.

I like doing the dishes so I end up doing them to refresh my mind a bit. "Culturally" it also weighs on my conscience if I don't help at all as a neet.
