What is a realistic weight progression naturally? And what if i use turinabol

I've mentioned many times before how my illness destroyed my gym gains and caused me long-term health complications and muscle atrophy that I'm still recovering from.

However if I were to go back to the gym now how would i progress

The last time I tried to go to the gym, it was shortly after my illness, my nervous system and balance were fucked so obviously couldn't lift much, i think i failed a 185 bench because only one arm was going up, and I could barely hang on to 225 let alone row it. My entire posterior chain was also atrophied so my I have to first fix my posture before even attempting compound lifts.

I'm trying to get to 275 bench, 325 squat and 450 deadlift ASAP to regain my strength

My previous maxes before I got ill, back when I was a lardass, was higher than these goal maxes yes

the thing i would think about with tbol is hairloss, but i heard that its really nice as a pwo oral

also shouldnt have to say this but test base

Also how do I improve full body coordination

Like in order to have proper form, because my mind-muscle connection and muscle memory is somehow lost from the illness, maybe because it affected the lining of my brain and spine, I'm sort of dyspraxic again like I was when I was a kid

I don't do roids, so I can't make any suggestions or give advice on that, but you can easily hit those numbers with one or two years of consistent training and proper diet + recovery.

Ask @gymcellragefuel and @Ellsworth your steroid questions.

Please just do test. Instead of any orals. There’s really no point of oral only cycles. I know it’s easier and feels good. But if you are scared of injecting trust me it’s not that bad. Go on trt dose you’ll feel amazing

Solid mogger lifts. If you did all that natural you have good strength naturally.

I’ll answer any questions to best of my ability.

There is a sarm called Rad140. It’s really good for strength.

Also perhaps check out on YouTube Jay Masters of the Delray misfits. He’s big and fat but was strong well into his 40s and early 50s. I’ve heard him talk about the posterior chain. He also is a believer in fast explosive reps. Force=mass x acceleration is one of his frequent sayings.

Yeah I always agreed with that ideology, my problem is that the illnesses impacted my posterior chain the most causing atrophy and a lot of pain

Thanks

It sounds like your posterior chain is the strongest though. A 450lb deadlift is way better than a 325 squat or 275 bench

And I wouldn’t recommend using any roids until you get a routine/schedule that you find to be working. You won’t know if your gym routine is working, or if it’s just the roids working. If you’re really low test tho TRT is fine

What’s your body weight btw?
