Ya its full of aspartame. But for me its better than sugar, before that I was drinking sugar pop but I insanely gained weight. I don't really get the negative effects that I am aware of from aspartame like bad mental side effects.

Aspartame is carcinogenic. You’re better off drinking regular soda. High fructose corn syrup is bad yes; but aspartame is way worse. Tbh, I wish big corporation would just make soda without the HFCS and ASPARTAME. So it can be somewhat healthy

Very refreshing and fizzy when you're thirsty, every sip is as fizzy as the first sip, none of the other sparkling waters are comparable. I like the green one with ginger the best.
