Serious Question for NEET incels who live with their parents.

Do your parents just accept that your life is already so devoid of enjoyment that it’s senseless forcing you to do menial labour for no reward and they are in a sense facilitating you with a peaceful, stress-free environment to maximise your ability to cope? Or are they constantly demanding you to get a job and insisting you will feel better if you do so?

That is at least something, the added pressure of them trying to throw you to the world adds another dimension of difficulty on top of the problems you already have.

Not a full blooded NEET. I study but I don't go to classes, I would read my textbooks at home. My parents would prefer if I actually went to classes but I told them in advance that I would not physically attend classes once I get into uni. They find it odd and harass me from time to time. But it's cool.

I never worked a day in my life and I’m in college but just failed my last college semester by not showing up to any classes.

My parents keep telling me to get my drivers license but I don’t want to, they say if I keep delaying it will make my life harder.


They are slowly giving up and are not really caring anymore, my other siblings are successful so I guess they don’t really care st this point.

i eventually had to get a job because my mom separated. couldnt land anything above min wage though. so cant move out on my own

i eventually would love to neet again but our society has enslaved everyone with it's money system. if i can find a way to get some passive income going so i only have to work maybe 4 hours a day on the computer i'd go all in on that lol
