I have a weak jaw, so I grew a beard. It's shitty and patchy, but it's the better alternative.

It really is a coin-flip in how you will look after you lose weight. Some people go from ugly cows to model-tier, others actually look worse when they get skinny. The loose skin is always the biggest question; again it's severity is unpredictable.
