Do you guys feel more depressed in the days and weeks after you drink?
Not really, I've never had any feeling of regret after drinking
The day after definitely feels worse, but mostly just because of the hangover.
It sucks that all of the problems that you forgot about during your drinking session all come back to you in the morning when you wake up.
It feels terrible tbh...
Try not to get addicted, that's where the bad things start

When I was drunk last night I had the urge to stab myself in the neck with a knife. Would've been a crazy way to rope.

This + getting drunk daily crashes my dopamine after a few days
not really. the alcohol helps my brain go numb and forget my severe desire for love and sex for a while. the only downside is the hangover he day after. it sure sucks. but it's not nearly as painful as realising you're destined to be alone while chads can have all the girls they'll ever want.
