1. at the station, they give you a choice on what you want to eat.
Beef lasagne, curry, cottage pie or an all day breakfast, all microwwaved too.
I just had beef lasagne with orange squash.
2. I won't really call them guards, more like staff.
I didn't interact with them much, but they were OK.
The south african guy who took my mugshot was an ok dude.

Also, I didn't go to jail, I was just sent to the police station.
